Delivery and pickup must be coordinated with Wilders Wagyu within a reasonable time frame after the sale. Wilders Wagyu will provide free hauling to Protocol Farms in Texas, along with free hauling to select areas based on location. Buyers are encouraged to contact Jake Newbold to find out if their delivery location qualifies for free hauling. For locations outside of the free hauling area, the Wilders Wagyu team can help coordinate delivery at a market rate.

Yes. Trailer parking will be available on-site. Please follow the signs when you arrive.

The event takes place outdoors on the farm, so we recommend casual, weather-appropriate attire and comfortable shoes.
