Terms and Conditions:
All bidders must pre register before participating in any auction. By participating in the auction, you agree to comply with all posted Terms and Conditions
Auctions are run with extended bidding. If a bid is placed within a certain time frame before the auction's scheduled end time (e.g., the last 5 minutes), the auction end time is automatically extended by a set period (e.g., an additional 5 minutes). Each time a new bid is placed during the extended bidding period, the clock resets, and the auction end time is extended again by the same set period. This continues until no more bids are placed within the final extension period.
Placing a bid represents a valid offer between the bidder and seller. Once a bid is submitted and confirmed by the bidder, it cannot be retracted. If a bidder places the winning bid, the offer then becomes a binding contract to purchase the lot, and the bidder is obligated to buy the lot at the final bidding price.
All bidding and payments are in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated in Terms and Conditions or on the home page of that particular sale. Bidding is done in increments, which may vary by both species and individual lot(s) for each sale. by lot, or during a sale. A Bidder may be outbid at any time before the close of an auction. Wilders Wagyu is under no obligation to sell lots if a bid does not meet the minimum acceptable price set by the seller.
Wilders Wagyu reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids unless otherwise stated.
All sales are final and payment must be received before shipment can be made. Under no circumstances are there any refunds or cancellations. All payments are due at the conclusion of the auction. All buyers will receive an invoice via email with Net 14 payment terms. Payments are accepted by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Payments must be made directly to the seller - see invoice for checks payable and address information. All buyers are charged a 2% buyer’s premium.
All lots become the buyer’s risk once purchased on the day of the sale. After purchase, all costs are the buyer’s responsibility. All costs for exporting lots are the buyer’s responsibility unless arrangements (management, calving, etc.) have been made with Wilders Wagyu.
Embryo lots will sell with a guarantee of pregnancy if the buyer participates in the WILD Way embryo transfer and recipient program.
Animals sell with a 100% guarantee of parentage:
All registrations are through the Australian Wagyu Association while most are dual registered with the American Wagyu Association.
